Returns and Exchanges

We are proud of every product carried by The Lifeguard/Swim Team Store. All of our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will provide a merchandise credit, refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase on any new or unused product. Please return the merchandise through the mail or carrier of your choice.

Return and Exchange Form Directions:

• Please contact our returns department for a Return Authorization Number. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without this number.    
• Please complete and attach the portion of the Return Form which includes our delivery address, Customer Name, Date and Return Authorization Number to the outside of the package.   
• Please complete the balance of the Return and Exchange form and include inside package.        

Please send your package with a carrier where the package is prepaid, traceable and insured to be certain that your package has a confirmed delivery.

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed. Return mailing expense is not refundable. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. All shipped replacement items will be billed to your account when shipped. A refund or credit will be issued when the returnable item(s) is received. In the event a replacement is not available a refund will be issued if the order was prepaid, a credit will be issued on all Net accounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to your card to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will be applied to replacement orders for style, color or size. Due to Health Department Regulations, we are unable to accept worn swimwear including suits/apparel that have been laundered, snagged or damaged. The Lifeguard Store reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee to returns. Orders for customized merchandise and/or special order items that are not listed in our current catalog cannot be cancelled once processed, and are non-returnable.

Merchandise
Any returnable merchandise must still remain in its original box and or wrapping. The Lifeguard Store will not accept returns that are used or have been damaged due to misuse.
